Michelle Werk is a maker of stationery, paper art and greeting cards in Wisconsin, USA.

Your privacy is important to me. I will not share or use your personal information, other than the name and address provided to ship your items to you via the selected delivery option, typically USPS.

Your personal email address which you have provided via Etsy, in certain instances, may be used in marketing items where you have expressed interest. You have the right to opt out of such marketing campaigns.

While I will not keep your personal information in my records, Etsy is my primary selling platform; Etsy does retain records of all sales, including the names, addresses and Etsy handles for all buyers. I will not access, use or share this information beyond the requirements of the initial (or subsequent orders) to get the order to you, to settle a dispute, to meet legal obligations (such as tax records or court orders) or provide customer support.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. As noted, Etsy (as an entity of its own) retains your information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
